Host / Founder
Tim Wright, CCIM
Tim Wright is an Atlanta commercial real estate broker at Cushman & Wakefield and the host and founder of Sunbelt Developers. His work connects him with the businesses, developers, and leaders shaping the city.
On the show, Tim brings that curiosity to the microphone: how did the deal come together, what almost stopped it, and what can the next generation learn? He sits down with the people behind the projects to tell the stories that rarely make it into a ribbon cutting.
